SHIPPING & RETURNS
Pin orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
**If processing times for pins require longer than 48 hours this will be communicated to you**
Clothing orders are printed upon purchase and require a longer processing time (roughly 3-5 days) after which they will be shipped and you will receive an email with your shipping information.
Canadian orders can take from 3-14 days
US orders can take from 5-20 days
International orders can take up to 9 weeks to receive
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number, if purchased at checkout, (please note, international orders may not receive tracking numbers, though if they have one it will be within your shipment email). I cannot control what happens through shipping once it has left my hands but if your order has taken longer than the above mentioned time please contact me at email@example.com and we'll figure it out.
If your order broke in transit send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll figure it out together.
I accept returns and exchanges so long as you:
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
